Return an item

Returns are handled by whoever sold the item. Check “Sold by” on your order email: that seller's window applies. Defective items always get a free prepaid label.

Usually on a sticker inside the battery cover, under the stand, or inside an ear cup. We check it when the item arrives; a mismatched serial is sent back to you.

Starting a return doesn't cancel other orders. Drop the package off within 7 days of starting the return.
