Returns and refunds

Returns are handled by whoever sold the item. Check “Sold by” on your order email: that seller's window applies. Windows count from the delivery date.

For electronics, have the serial number of the unit you're sending back. Drop the package off within 7 days of starting the return.

Buying from marketplace sellers

Quayside sells many items itself and also lists items from thousands of independent sellers. Every order email names the seller under “Sold by”.

• Start every return on Quayside, whoever sold the item.

Privacy notice

This notice explains what Quayside Market, Inc. collects when you shop with us and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account and order details: your name, email address, delivery address, the items you order and return, and messages you send.
• Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider. We keep only what we need to show the card you used, such as its last four digits.
• Device and browsing data from our website, such as searches and pages viewed.

How we use it

• To take payment, deliver orders and process returns.
• To pass a marketplace seller the details it needs to ship or take back your item.
• To prevent fraud and keep Quayside secure.

Your choices

We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address above.

Who you're buying from

Your order email shows whether an item is sold by Quayside or by a marketplace seller. Marketplace sellers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own listings.

Product information

We work to keep listings accurate, but descriptions and photos are provided as a guide.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
